Mae444 Terms & Conditions of Use
Please read this document carefully before using the mae444 platform. By registering or using any part of the platform, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to all terms stated herein.

1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a binding agreement between you ("User") and mae444 ("Platform", "we"). By accessing, registering for, or using any service provided by mae444, you confirm that:
- You are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
- You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
- You access the platform voluntarily and at your own risk.
- You agree to comply with all rules and procedures established by mae444.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please stop using the platform immediately. Continued use after any changes to the Terms take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
2. Account Creation and Security
Account Registration
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on mae444. Registration requires accurate, truthful, and current information, including full name, phone number, and a valid payment method. We reserve the right to verify user identity at any time and may request supporting documents where necessary.
Duplicate registrations or the use of false information may result in account termination and freezing of associated balances.
Password Security
Users are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their password and all activity that occurs under their account. mae444 will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone under any circumstances.

3. User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
All mae444 users are required to comply with the following usage rules at all times:
- Do not use the platform for any activity that violates Malaysian law.
- Not attempting to hack, manipulate, or disrupt mae444's platform systems, servers, or networks.
- Not using automated software, bots, or any technical means to gain an unfair advantage in games or betting.
- Do not share your account with others or allow any third party to access it.
- Not abusing promotions, bonuses, or offers through unauthorised methods such as opening multiple accounts.
- Not distributing harmful, obscene, or unlawful content through any communication channel within the platform.
Violation of any of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension, balance freezing, and appropriate legal action depending on the severity of the breach.
4. Payment and Transaction Information
All deposits, bets, and withdrawals on mae444 are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). The platform does not accept or process any foreign currency directly.
Deposit and Withdrawal Conditions
- Deposit: All deposits are processed via payment methods supported by mae444, including TNG eWallet, FPX, and local online banking. Deposits are typically processed within minutes, depending on the selected method.
- Withdrawals: Withdrawals will be processed only to the bank account or digital wallet registered in the user's name. Withdrawals to third parties are not permitted under any circumstances.
- Identity Verification: mae444 reserves the right to request identity document verification (MyKad or passport) before processing withdrawals that exceed a certain threshold, as a fraud prevention measure.
- Transaction Errors: In the event of a technical error resulting in incorrect credits to an account, mae444 reserves the right to correct the balance without prior notice.
All financial activity on the platform is subject to applicable anti-money laundering policies. Incorrect or incomplete payment information may result in transaction delays or cancellations.
5. Liability Limitations and Account Suspension
Mae444 is not liable for any indirect, special, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including technical disruptions, temporary loss of access, or third-party system failures.
The platform does not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled or unscheduled maintenance may cause temporary inaccessibility without any liability to users.
User accounts may be suspended or closed by mae444 for reasons including: verified fraud, terms violations, suspicious activity, the user's own request, or directives from relevant authorities. In cases of suspension due to a breach, any remaining balance will be assessed in accordance with the platform's internal procedures.
6. Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links, and Changes to Terms
Intellectual Property: All content on mae444 — including logos, designs, software, text, and graphics — is the exclusive property of the platform. Users may not reproduce, distribute, or use such content without prior written permission.
Third-Party Links: The platform may contain links to third-party websites. mae444 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of those external sites.
Changes to Terms: mae444 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon being posted on the platform. Users are advised to review this page periodically to stay informed of the latest terms.
Applicable Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes shall first be resolved through voluntary discussion before any formal legal action is taken.
